How to PUT HDL 2 MC ?

Hi all-!
I have some little question.
I need HDL but in my country u can't find even games to
Wee have only pc and psx
no ps2 no xbox and no gc

So i have memory card
And i need hdl in my Memoy Card.
Can i make my dream come true ?

Technically, if you don't own HDLoader, you shouldn't have the ELF to put on your MC anyway :rolleyes:

And i have network adaptor
So i need only HDLoader
How to put and run hdloader.elf to MC ?
