Ple help me burn Mr Driller

Pls note I,am new to this. I have got 2 files one is a cue sheet ( RCC-MRD.CUE 70 bytes ) & the other a bin file (RCC-MRD.BIN 11.6meg). I have been told I will need to use CDR-Win to burn it. However I have never used cdr win, as am happy using nero. Pls could somone explain if thay know exactly what I need to do using cdr-win to burn Mr Driller.
Also is was mentioned that I would need to use a mod-chip to run the game. Would this be true or can I use a boot cd.

Finaly, someone new that is polite.

First off you need to run cdr-win. (duh:) Then you will see that there are several boxes with
icons. Click on the first one in the upper left hand corner. Now a new window will pop up.
Search for a button that says Load Cue Sheet. Click on that. Now goto the dir where the CUE
file is and click on it.
If you get an error you may need to edit the cue file in order to get it to work as some of them
say: "C:\psx\psx backups\bin files\file.bin" So just open it up in notepad and delete everything
in the quotes (Leave the quotes) exept the file name, so it says "FILE.BIN".

If all goes well then all you do is click on the button that says: "Start Recording" or something like that. And NO you do not need an MOD chip. I dont see a need to ever buy and mod chip for the
dc. You can use the Boot disk to load it. As with most CDR-WIN iso's they are Non-Selfboot. There
is a way to make them self-boot but thats another story.
