Can't burn *.cdi files

I've got Disc Juggler and I want to burn an Image. The Image is cdi, but disc Jufggler want cdj. Want can I do?

Two things.
Either rename the extension to .cdj or load up the .cdi image in DJ anyway.
Rather simple really. Failing that, try programs like CDI2Nero or CDIRip.
