NTSC to PAL patch for MEGAMAN X3

HI i have Megaman x3 NTSC i need help to Patch it in PAL

When i use Zapper 2k hang the game in the loading Screen.

Can i download a patch or isn't a patch Released.

Well for one Im glad youve at least tried Zipper2k first. I would say try and reburn the game maybe you had a bad burn. If that fails as well (I know Im sorry if I cost you another 10 cents for another coaster) then just search for a previously made patch. Good luck with that since most people dont make ps1 patches anymore.

Just simply use Import Player as a boot cd (try both versions - 2.0 and Lite [2.1]). Thats all.
