i'm new about gaming....and i would like to know that whether those downloads in the site http://gamecopyworld.com/ are full installation games? if not what are they?

i've download the file Silent Hill 4 v1.0 [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE but can't play....i'm wondering what is it?

You do realize downloading games is illegal dont you? So I can tell you no its not a game! If you have gone to gamecopyworld in the hope of downloading a game then you wont get any help here! May I suggest you go here (http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=54193) and have a good read! ;)
