Street fighter Alpha 3 help please!!

Ive got the sfa3 image. It is a 766mb cdi. When i put it in my nstc dc the game goes to the sega logo and resets back to the swirl!! Ive burned it three times already. Please help me.

whut burning app, whut speed.?

burn at 12x or lower if possible.

i have burned with both dj and alcohol 120 on the lowest speed but i still have the same problem
