Hi,
I do a small business of helping people to repair their computers and keeping the repair costs low.
I have a compaq presario 1694 Laptop and
want to use the original restore disks but I had to replace the original harddrive with toshiba 6 gig and it doesn't recognise the drive
How do I get the computer to see the restore disks?
Thanks,
Tj

Compaq Presario computers may have hard drives that contain two partitions. The first is a hidden partition that contains the system recovery information.
