Fable problems

Hey, if anyone could help me? im having problems making a backup copy of fable ive burnt the game several times each time in a different program and most of the time the cd didnt read or worked but came up with that annoying "cd dirty or scratched error". Ive also tried copying the original disc to my HDD using DVD2XBOX this however only allowed the game to start up and the opening credits to run in a loop. Im using EvoX +3921. does anyone know how to solve this or does anyone know where i can get a crack for Fable any help at all would be appreciated.

If evox is in debig mode, it will always reboot to the opening screen. So go into setting sna dturn off debug, or set it to normal.

I assume you mean dvd, not cd. What dvd-rom do you have, and what kind of dvd's are you using? (ex, dvd+r, dvd-rw)

Thanks Quall but unfortunatley no luck changed the settings and nothing happened reacted to the disc and the hdd game in the same way. Would updating my dashboard help at all?

Im using Sony DVD-R im not sure what my dvd drive is but my xbox is Pal V1.6 and one of those crystal ones

well, if it is dvd-r and works with other games, then there should be no problem. Hmm, do you have the newest version of evox? If you play off of a disk, then you can probably skip the whole evox thing. If evox does not load and you still get that problem, then it is not the dashboard.

Is your clock set correctly? Oddly, that can be a problem believe it or not. Do you ususally burn with an iso, or data burn? I know games like Vice City might not work with a data burn, they usually stop at the loading screen.
