Well.....I bought Halo 2...Wahoooooooooooooooooo....Anyway...I want to play Live and before I by it...What should I do to my box. I have NOT upgraded the hdd, but I do have evox and new bios...I think it is m8 or something. If I turn the chip off, will I be ok...And how does one use xbconnect?

and to pay for it

I am actually a fan of xbl, and halo 2. But I have to say, xbl kinda sucks for H2. You cannot create your own gametypes (unless it is with people on your friends list ONLY), they are random. Presonally I prefer xlink, simple because you don't have to join rooms. Never the less, unless you already have xbl, i'd stay away for H2.

who would wanna pay for online game play that is so restricting, whilst u cna just play for free with restrictions?

Since Halo 2 is so popular there's always a lot of people playing it on xbox connect. You're sure to find a decent game if you use that.

Well...I just got xbconnect....and Sweet.....Men of valor was great but Halo 2 was LAAGGY...beyond belief...I am going to try a little later
