HELP ME PLEASE

Why does this happen, what does this mean and how do i get past it?
Had this a few times when decrypted with DVD Decrypter. I have all the latest versions of the software and am stuck. stuck,stuck,stuck.

Any ideas welcomed! :(

What movie is it? Does this happen when you are resizing?
