I've just bought a new dreamcast and it works ok except that when i put in a utopia boot disk v1.1 the screen flickers horribly and is unwatchable- is it my TV- I've tried it on both my TV's with same result.

Your TV may be only 50hz compatible, the bootdisc is in 60hz.
