DiskJuggler 2 - Problems with Self Boot Copies - Out of Space Error

When I use Copy from same recorder - part way through the read process I get a out of disk space error (even though I have 4Gb free and max image size set to 80mins)

Any ideas ?

using a Mitsumi 4804TE - anyone know if this works ?
