What is the best, stable kind of bug free version of this app right now cos i'm tired of all these different builds constantly being released.

cvs builds are unofficial updates until the official build. They might even be compiled daily. Which can be unfortunate, since new code that may have been adde could be buggy.

The most stable is probably the newest official build, which should be stated on the xbmc website.
