Help.. It is about Dreamcast backups and Bootdisk

I was wondering is it illeagle to sell Backup Dreamcast games, and also it is illeagle to sell the Dreamcast Bootdisk. Thanks

er...is there suppose to be a tricky side to that question?? Cos its illegal to sell or distribute DC backup games...according to the current copyright law, you're only allow to make one backup copy of your original product...
But referring to the DC bootup disk...no, there're not illegal to use in the sense they initially allow you to play imported games on your DC...haha...as long as the authors of Utopia hasnt put a proper copyright on them...but i wouldnt go selling them off seeing as they were distribute freely
