Booting Problem GT3 [Archive]

I just got the ripped version of GT3. But somehow it doesn't boot correctly. I halted on a fuzzy PS2 logo, screen. Has anyone encounterred this problem before? I have a modified NEO 2 machine, if that helps. Thanks.
