hey guys i have psx ePSXe emulator v1.50 on my pc and i try to play my psx game on my pc ....it says WNASPI32.dll was not found. and it doesnt do anything after that. so i was wondering where can i download this file and in which directory do i install it too. and also is this the best psx emulator there is for the pc?
What windows r u runnin on yr system? Sounds like nt or 2000. Try downloading aspicheck and run it. See if yr aspi layer is correct.
If not download forceaspi1.7 and run it and reboot ur machine and that should fix the aspi layer problem.
Alternatively try downloading a different cd plugin for epsxe (one thats recommended for the windows version u are using).
Hope this helps

i have windows xp sp1. and i believe that i also installed the aspi files a long ass time ago. but im gonna reinstall the aspi files again...hopefully this will solve my problem....thanx
Wierd, Oh well, as I said, the util called "aspicheck" will check the aspi layer and tell u if it lacking. It easy to find, just type aspicheck into google.
Then if it not spot on download forceaspi1.7 (again do google search). Run the force aspi prog then reboot and run aspicheck again. Should be spot on then.
