I've got the same problem. I had a guy on IRC translate the French for me:

Burn Dreamcast Boot-CD 1.1 with MacOS

Program used :
- Adaptec Toast 3.8.2 (or newer).

1) Launch Adaptec Toast 3.8.2.

2) From the "Format" menu select "Multitracks CD-ROM XA" and " Audio Tracks" (together).

3) Now click on "Audio", then on "Add" and "Open Track 01 000609-2238". Click then on "Finished" to come back into the main menu.

4) Click on "Burn" then choose "Burn session" (don't mind the two warnings).

5) Once the session burned, come back into the main menu by clicking on "Eject".

6) Click on "Audio", highlight "Track 01 000609-2238" and click on "Delete". Click then on "Add" and "Open Track 02 DC_CD_LOADER1_1". Click then on "OK" to come back into the main menu.

7) Click on "Burn" then choose "Burn session".

8) Once the session burned, come back into the main menu by clicking on "Eject".

9) Done, you just burned Boot-CD from Utopia for Dreamcast.

However, it still doesn't work for me. I've made two coasters already. It says to add the tracks as audio tracks. That doesn't work. When you click on "Audio" and then add, the tracks don't show up in the file window. If you drag them into the audio window, it says it can only handle MP3 files, and this is either a MP2 or MP1. Anyone have any ideas? I tried burning just as the instructions said, but using "Data" rather than "Audio." I haven' yet tried burning them in the same session. I hope someone can help. I've been trying to do this for months now.
