DC ISO: how they do it?

How a DC iso is MADE? what is necessary to do a DC iso? The iso I download from the web, how has been made? What hardware i need to create an ISO from an original dc game?

Only a few folks can do this.... And i dont think anyone around here knows how it is done. SOrry if you whant to learn try talking with one of the Gruops.. But i doubt they will help....
