Spellforce - The Breath of Winter NoCD?

Hello!

I need a NoCD Crack for the Spellforce Add-On The Breath of Winter.
I have the original CD but i can´t start the game because the game find emulation software on my PC. Sometimes the game starts. But when i close the game my pc shuts down. :confused:

I have another Problem!
When i end the game and i´m on the desktop and then i put another CD in my CD-ROM Drive my system shuts down with the following error:

the original spellforce uses xprotector + securom 4.87.00...
the addon will prolly be wrapped by the newest one, should be securom v5.03.04...

i'm searching a no-cd crack for spellforce addon too.

i didn't want to play with my orginal CD so i make an image with cloneCD. but when i mount that image with daeman tools i get the massage "insert the orginal CD". but i don'T want that.

have someone a no-cd crack or a hint how i can play spellforce: TBOW without the original CD?

i burn copy protected Games since many years.
To burn Söldner is really no problem.
All you need is an older version of BlindwriteSuit. It's V.4.2.5.
You read in the Image without! the autuplay function enabled.
You do the DPM-messuring with not higher than 4xspeed.
Eventually you correct your bwa-file with the bwa-builder(very usefull), or load down a file from copy-base.ch. Rename it exactly as the other image-files but use bwa as file-ending (Sorry for my school-english, sleeping in my head since more than 20 years).
You burn the Image enabeling "use bwa-file if possible". Use the options as given but slow down the burning speed to 4x.
This worked for me with every ( ~25 ) SecuRom New V.4 - V.5 games, including Spellforce with add-on and all the newest Games like mentioned above "Söldner".
I read and burn with an older Liteon 16102B. Playable in burner and CD-DVD-Drives. You don't need any emulations for playing. Even no copy-programm like BW, Alc100%, Clone-Cd or emulation-software (Daemon-tools) has to be on your system.
Media to burn on is irrelevant. You can use cheap or expensive ones.
For me it worked by now to 100%.

well you should look more deeply. Spellforce addon unmounts itself from Dtools or Alcohol so the CD is never insert. If you lock the dtools dll it also says you to unlock. Its a nice trick they used for it.

For a crack i dont think you want to see one much as Xprotector got realy used this time not just faked into it. But this ****ing crypter is so performance killing its horrible. Well best way to show jowood that you wont buy a new pc is register urself with your orig game to jowood and all your friends with the game too and bombard them with complaining about performance lost and so on.

Jowood made enough errors in the past and lost their publishing thing nearly complete to Koch Media in Germany. They have to learn that the enduser is the one who pays the work and want the best possible solution. Xprotectors performance kill isnt a solution in my eyes.

I do understand their concerns about ppl copying their ****, but packing the game full with protective crap won't fix the problem and going around and threatening the crackers will not help, that's for sure. Hell, I bought Chaser and that pos didn't even install (well, after some "stripping", it did), but trying to play with a "clean" copy was totally hopeless...(bah, back to gaming shop and dineros back)

If your products stinks and ppl hate them so they won't buy your stuff...you can always blame the scene...if you can't stop them - have them arrested.. (weeee) leet :mad:

Sorry for bad english i am french, to resolve a part of your problem, go to your Windows registry to remove "clone CD tray" from your startup list and restart the computer. If you dont know we use the registry so use regcleaner 4.3 go to startup list and remove "clone CD tray". normaly this will remove the message "emulation software detected" and create no problems with utilisation of clone CD. hope can help you.

Games are always going to be cracked, however legit users like to use cracks as well as piraters, though single player games is where most oif the loss will be from piracy in my opinion. Making multiplayer games is harder for piracy to bypass in my opinion (mainly private servers comming up) but these could be closed down wasily enough anyways (if they so wanted to do so). Trick is to making multiplayer worth buying as alot are just crap.

Now im not saying all games should have that, but if there gonna fork out millions for a protection, then i wish it wouldnt hinder/harm legit users as well (starforce is painfull, takes me 5-10 mins just to get passed that ruddy check each and everytime i load the f-in thing, by which time ive lost interest in wanting to play it) therefore im gonna avoid all games with starforce protection on it now (boycott along with many others).

There are anti protections and ANTI-protections, but i think theve gone a little too far with some of the latest ones.

Like always the truth about best games are produced either in the US or in Europe lies somewhere in the middle. Still I am waiting for a no-cd exe for Breath of winter. Can't be true that the game is out for months now and there's still no crack out.
What's happening? Well, guess we have to wait a bit longer.

It's stupid because the protection does not protect the game from the people who want to crack it. It only works against the legit user. Let's take WC3 for example, the game loads super slow because of the CD check, but it loads instantly for the people who use a no-cd crack.. I think we should just get rid of no-cd cracks and use CDkeys for multiplayer, have it so it's very hard to get the key out once it's installed, It's easy to steal the keys from a LAN for UT2K4 for example but it's nearly impossible for any Blizzard game, all my friends bought SC,wc3,d2 just to play them because they couldn't get a key.

Just as everybody, I'm looking for a no-cd for breath.
I put the new patch 1.38, it is ok. But game want CD in.

Is this protection is above than all crackers team ?
Because, if it is, that would be crap always playing with the good CD in the drive, I hate to open/close my cd drive each time I wish to play with a game.

So, a No-cd for Breath of Winter (1.38) will come a day ??
Anyone have a solution ?

Patch 1.38 is out and there is no crack after 1.11 :confused:
My Computer is completely watercooled ( even my graphic card ) and my DVD burner ( Plextor PX-712A ) is not a silent one :rolleyes:

Update to 1.01 - 1.11 and apply the Crack.
Cant imagine why there is no 1.0-Crack, maybe the Crackers work for suspicious Teams who release illegal copies which have the crack on-cd :rolleyes:






btw ... where is "our" 1.38 crack for BOW? ;)

Looks like there won't be a nocd-exe for BOW - we might have to wait a few weeks longer when another addon for Spellforce will be released - by then there will be a budget version of BOW available. Don't worry about the smackaroonies but I really wonder WHY there is no crack available for BOW - for almost all other games there's one in the net.

Don't dispair, there is a crack for 'Shadow of the Phoenix' that will let you play 'BoW' with a 'SotP' backup disc instead of your original. And since you're a Spellforce fan you should have, or be getting, 'SotP'.
Just install 'SotP' over 'BoW' then get and use the crack.
It's a 5.78 Meg rar file and I've only seen it at eDonk so far.

EDIT: Your backup 'SotP cd1' will have to be made with 'Clonecd' (tested) or similar. A simple ISO won't work.
But the good news is the game will run from the mounted image. No need to actually burn a disc.

The crack is written for the originally installed version of 'Shadow of the Phoenix', isn't it? I tried to apply it to the game patched to 1.52a and it didn't work. Well, okay I'm using the German version of the game; perhaps the crack is incompatible. But I think that the patch is the problem.

April and still no crack. Crackers-Hackers beaten!!!!! Now we all know the new way the game market is heading. Put so many protections into games that will make them sluggish and annoying to start (let's not forget noisy for those of us who have spend good money into having a quiet system).

I have to admit, this protection for Spellforce is really tight, especially for BoW.
I even had to buy 2nd hand Spellforce : order of dawn, lucky it is cheap.
Howeve, BoW is tough ! :eek:

Spellforce : Shadow of Phoenix, is a little bit funny.
I use to install the spanish OOD then SoP (english), it works, without cd.
then
I isntall the english OOD then BoW then SoP, then apply the crack, now it doesn't work. Anyone might have idea ? :confused:
It almost work actually, the black screen, then somehow it said, couldn't find original bla bla bla.

I wonder, if every corp make deal with sony to make everygame with its copy protection like Spellforce, it would be really annoying :mad:

One more thing, I agree if need serial key to play multiplayer is just better than 10 protections for a game

if you already crack the game, just replace them with original from your cd. Spell Force won't install BOW or SOTP if you have manipulated exe file.
