TDKs aren't TDKs at Costco (US)

Costco has been selling these for quite a while in 100-pack spindles at a decent price. I recently got 2 for 1 with a coupon. This came out to about $.12 per CD. I just found out they're made by CMC Magnetics Corp via CDR Media Code Identifier v1.63. :mad:

TDK never manufactured media themselves, they always just put their name on it.

Yep, some TDK dvd-r have been found to be made by Ritek.
