CD-Back-ups not working

All is working except my CD back-ups. My DVD's are OK but my PS2 Cd game backups will not play. Some of them will only play the intro to the game and not the game? Others will play nothing? Could this be bad backups or a bad chip install?:confused:

What media you using? What prog to burn?

Original CD won't play either??? Some do start to play the intructions and then won't play game??? A regular music CD skips.

Both backups and orginals will play with small games such as sweet 16. With larger CD games such as Zapper niether will play. It goes through intro and then starts to load the game but never finishes. This happens with several different games. Could my lense be out of adjustment or is there something wrong with the modchip install?

Sounds like your laser needs some tweaking.
