matrix inifinty - help

I have disabled the maxtrix inifinty chip in my silver console - can someone please advise how to switch this back on.

I have already tryed these instructions but cannot seem to re-enable the modchip.
ite keeps asking for an offical ps2 disk.

Maybe a wire came loose, Power down the console completely and remove controler 1, then restart the console. If the chip is working correctly the screen should stay black 15 sec while the infinity searches for the controler then boot as normal.

powered down console, no black screen at startup just comes up with browser screen, emailed company we received the prechipped console from and he says we have to send it back to him via courier
