opening folders

hi all
dont ask me what ive done but i can,t open any of my folders.When i try to open them it asks me which programme i want to use to open it/them.Does anybody know which windows prog is specified to do it.

i know that but i dont work left or right.When i click left/right the box opens asking with which programme.The right prog is explorer BUT i can,t tick the box so that folders will always open using the explorer.It,s all very straaaaaaaange and i aint gotta scooby doo what i,ve deleted:confused:
