can i use a dvd-rw to backup a game or does the xbox only read dvd-r?

lol, read the sticky's they tell you what the Xbox can and can't do. (Such as Read +/- R/RW disks)

dvd-rw's seem to work better than dvd-r's.

I have heard that it is due to the extra layers (or whatever it is that makes it so you can re-write to the disks).
