completely lost

i think i need a new disc drive, but i don't know where or what to get. and now after reading "the ultamate xbox newbie guide" it hink i want to chip my xbox. i need help. i am ignorant. i have no skills in this area what so ever. any suggestions?:confused:

i can see if i can get hold of one for you. I have a thompson drive but it likes to give a dirty disk error.

OH OK. when you order a replacement try get a samsung if your budget doesnt stretch get a phillips.

unless u just want one that reads xbox dvds only
then it doesnt really matter much at all
