Hi,
i just upgaded a pc to xp and the audio doesnt work. so i load up device manager and see that the multimedia audio contoller hasnt got a driver and the driver i got doesnt work Argh! plz help
my sound card is called 4d wave.

bloody hell my pc just crashed from it. all i done was installed it and it does all the driber things and then bash it crashes!
if you know the sound card manufacturer, check their site, maybe they have a better driver.

its made by addonics here i won it on ebay take a look at the link.

I found nothing for Addonics 4DWave and only trident 4dwave shows up.
It's better you install it in PC with win98/me and install driver from that disk and see what exactly this soundcard is.

its terriable i contacted the guy to see if i can get a refund and i buy a new one hopefully he will credit it to my paypal account:D
yeah, It seems this card is very old, the best thing is to return it.
