Can you only use disc juggler to copy games

I have a few DC copies, and I am trying to duplicate them but disc juggler doesn't reconise my panasonic dvd, or my yamaha cd-rw. Can I use other software (eg winonCD) TO COPY THE GAMES. Any help will be greatfully recieved.
