Are you seriously asking this question when every other post here has people saying which dvd movie compressor is better?

If you have a USB printer or other USB device, try turning it off until your done with DVDX Plat. I've found that my HP USB printer reaks havic with that software for some reason.

If thats not the problem then maybe it's your system specs becuase I have sucessfully backed that movie up with DVD X Copy Platnium (Simple Mode) just a couple of days ago.

Well DVDXCOPY Plat. is the only software I am currently using. You are right, maybe I should have read the posts. But I thought I'd ask the question anyway.

I can backup other movies and I have never had the crashing problem until I tried Radio. However, I did use the Advance mode. Maybe I need to try the Simple. Thanks for the advice.

Here's one other nice little file to go with your software. http://psidoc0.tripod.com/ . It gets rid of that annoying little backup message at the beginning of each movie.

Is the disc scratched or dirty? You may also want to try playing the dvd for a few mins on your computer then burning.
