im either going to get this chip fitted and i donk know which one to get.

whats the advantages and disadvantages of both the chips?

just wondered do you get the paper "bargain pages" i think you might it comes out every tuesday and friday there must be xboxs in that paper for cheap or you local news paper

they are basically the same thing. Reflashable with a 256k flashrom, and work with all the xbox's (providing u get the newest versions of the chips).

i've got an alladin advance in one of my xboxs and it's fine no problems at all however i've not used it for xbox live games yet!

erm my friend asked me can you copy xbox games on a unmodded console is this possiable?

Well, there is something called a "softmod", but You either have to
1. Not play xbox live
2. Own Mechassult, and want to load a savegame everytime u want to play a backup
or
3. Own 007: AUF, same as mechassult

Oh yah, and those chips are isnatlled the same way.
