Hi to all the Members out there, I need some help burning
CD+G files. I have ripped some CD+g's to the hard drive using CDR win 3.9 E..... when I burn them using CDR win 3.9 E
I have no graphics ... Or the words just sound :(
I have version CDR win 3.9E on a demo and CDR win 5.0 full paid for :)
I cant find out how to burn CD+G with 5.0 no help files.
so I used the demo version 3.9 E
when I ripped them I checked the box for CD+G file format also when I went to burn them I checked the box load tracks CD+G then I added tracks ...compute time ... then when I looked I had the tracks in a bin file... they burnt ok on 1X but no words
does any one know how to burn these tracks and get words on screen
I did copy these discs with Clone CD 4.1.0.1 and they are working great but why I ask is because I have downloaded around 100 songs in zip files many of them are Sunfly and I want to be able to burn these songs and have words.

How to rip a CD+G disc to your hard drive
This How To will walk you through the basic steps to rip tracks from a CD+G disc to your PC hard drive
This walk through is for people using CDRWIN i Used 39.E-E
This walk through is NOT meant for MULTI-SESSION rips
Click the icon to open the program
A window should open on your desktop
Next click the Extract Disc/Tracks/Sectors button
#1 Mark the Select Tracks Option
#2 If you have more than on CD ROM drive, make sure the one that has the CDG cd in it is in the window (note: not all CD ROMS will read CDG format, please refer to bottom of this post
#3 - Select a folder on your drive to save the files to (note: this walk through is burning an entire disc and therefore named the file with the CD list number followed by a mark
#4 This is where the tracks on the CD will be listed for you to select from (more on that further down)
#5 Make sure to make BOTH the RAW and the CD+G boxes
#6 To help get clean useable rips, the general rule of thumb for speed settings is one half the maximum burn speed of your drive, i.e. if you have a 4 speed burner, rip at 2X
8 speed rip at 4X
.12 speed rip at 6X
etc.
#7 Mark the Name Files Sequentially option for the program to number the tracks as they are on the disc (note: having the file name as the list number SC2100- then you will have finished files named SC2100-01, SC2100-02, SC2100-03 etc)
Now Click the Select All button
There should now be black circles around each of the red track numbers listed
Click the START button at the lower right corner and let er rip!
There will be a small window that tracks the progress of each track ripped
At the end of the last track, you should get a window that says job Successfully Completed
You now have bin files on your drive that may be burned to make a copy CD+G disc or converted to MP3+G format for use on the PC and for trading/sharing
How To Burn bin files to make a CD+G disc
This file is a walk through for those who are using CDRWIN and have already ripped CD+G files to their PC drive (see How To Rip CDG basics)
You should have a folder on your drive containing the ripped tracks from the CD+G disc
Click to open CDRWIN
Next click the Record Disc button
Make sure the CDROM Recorder option is pointing to the correct drive if you have more than one CD ROM drive on your PC
Near the bottom is a Speed Setting I allways burn at Half the drive Speed Set To Half Your Drive Speed
Next click the Load Tracks button
#1 Make sure to mark the CD+G option at the top of the window
#2 Click the add button and surf to the folder with the bin files on your drive. Select the files to be burned and you should see a window
#1 Double-check that the CD+G Disk Type option is marked
#2 You should see a list of the files to be burned to the disk, click OK
Note the Cuesheet Status says successfully loaded and then check that the number of files is equal to the number of files you wanted to burn. If you are making a custom disc of tracks from different CD+G discs then also make sure the Disc Running Time is NOT more than the maximum allowed for the blank CD you are burning to.
Click Start Recording and wait for the Job Successfully Completed window
You should now have a CD+G disc, ready to be labeled and that will play in a regular karaoke deck or on your PC with the use of the correct software
What CDROM devices support CD+G (Karaoke) discs?
