Does Anyone No Were I Can Get A 32x Emulator 4 Xbox Or Ps2 Or Dc

If you mean a sega 32x emulator you just have to search for GENS latest version. It's a sega genesis emulator wich also handles 32x games very well. I played Blackthorne on it and Toughman (boxing) and other games which all played fine. Freeroms.com may have it and other sites certainly do. I don't think ps2 and xbox can be emulated but maybe. There's project 64 for emulating N64 but for DC I don't know. Anybody heard of good 3do emulator and roms? If so please tell me about it!

Only emulator for PS2 games that I know of at present is "PSX2" though this is a working progress only at present and does not play games.
