Jvc Dvd-r 4.7gb Media

Using Pioneer DVR-A06 - Purchased jvc media from SVP
Tried 5 all faulty - 2 not playing at all.

DVD ID gives MXL RG01

I am using firmware v1.05 : Should I upgrade to v1.07
or are these dvd-r's not compatible with my player

Anyone any comments

Using DATASAFE ricohs and datasafe riteks and they appear to ok fine:confused:

Don't change your firmware if other brands are working fine for you. JVC must just suck.
