I have a fairly easy way I do with .cdi images I can't burn with DiscJuggle. I'll tell you step by step:
1. Download CDIrip 0.4 at cdirip.freeyellow.com/download.html
2. Copy the cdirip.exe file where you have your .cdi file.
3. Run the cdirip.exe, type your cdi file. (You will now get 1 wav, 1 cue and 1 iso file.)
4. Open CDrWin, and choose "Record Disc". Choose "Load Track". Then "Add", open the .wav file, then OK. (Make sure that the only box that is checked is "Open New Session".)
5. Then "Recording Disc". (For me when I get Successfull message, the wrighter still burns. Just wait till its done.) Then close the "Record Disc" window.
6. Now go to "File Backup and Tools". The 4:th Button.
7. Choose "Record an ISO9660 Image File".
8. Open the .iso file.
9. Make theese checked: Disc Type= CDROM-XA, Track Mode= MODE2, and check Finalize/Close Session. Uncheck Write Postgap.
10. Choose "START"..
Then you're ready.. Works for me..
NOTE: That this only work if the .cdi contains 1 wav file.. (6 Sec)..
Good Luck.....
