I was reading through your replies and I couldn't stop laughing, there was some pretty good humor especially the bit about the 5 and a quarter inch floppy! This is abit of a pointless post so I best it make have one.

this should have been titled "NEWBIES READ HERE", not nemisis...
i dont feel that there are any dumb questions, people get fed the wrong info all the time....this is a place where people can hopefully be steered in the right direction....ex: someone came to me the other day saying they were told they could copy dreamcast games with the burner he bought from a local store, he goes home puts in a dc game.....only sees a text file, and wonders why he can't copy the game, since he was just told that he could.....someone like that woho doesn't know any better should not be slammed for asking why they cant copy the dc game. if they haven't been in the scene before, then they have no idea that the game has to be hacked, uped, downloaded, rared..(praying you don't get a bad download), then burned with disk juggler 2.x (if it is self loading)....that is a lot of work

point is we were all new once....and when i started 5 years ago things were not this complex, the people starting out now, have to deal with better protected games, finicky software, and ftps that go down half way through a frickin download...

let's help eachother not slam one another

that's where you're wrong...i helped about 24 people out yesterday alone....and the key that you are missing is "newbie"...most of the same questions you get are from "new" people everyday a new person joins the file forum, because they have the same question as someone else....
what should be done is a general post for new comers made by people with the experience of this dc-back up world...i started the ball with "disk juggler solutions" why don't you support it and i bet there will be less dj questions...in fact since i put it up i have not seen one....go figure

It has been the experience here that 'newbies' or 'oldies' for that matter just do NOT do the very thing they are requested to do when joining up, i.e. to read previous posts and use the search function.
Why do you think Empire added that request?

IT DOESN'T MATTER......the point is this people that come to this forum are looking for answers, i myself didn't even know there was a search engine, so i know new people don't know that either this thing only holds a few post and that's all people see... for being a "premium member"...you should not bash people...from what i saw most of the people you bash are new with 4 or less posts, and here you come "mr big bad nemisis"....140+ posts..bashing on the new guy.....

i just took some time to make a step by step process for EVERYONE....why don't you do something to help out.
read it and add to it anything i may have forgot or maybe some tactics that work for you, and that way we will see less of the same questions coming up...if you think it is a good post...support it!!!
