yes, you can go live with evox on your xbox. Just don't boot it up when you turn your xbox on. You cannot however go live with a modchip on or game backups. Well, you can, but you will be banned within 24 hours.

MS doesn't do HDD checks for software.

are you sure they don't do hdd checks?

because they check for the 007 and mechasault exploits
