Hi I am trying to backup NHL 2004 and when I back it up and trying to play it on the ps2 it freezes right after the it lists the players and before the actual hockey game starts. If anyone could help me back up the game properly it would really be appreciated.
Thanks
It would help if you supplied more info. What media? What burner? What prog? What mod?

I have a sony dvd+rw burner, I am using verbatim dvd+r. I tried copying the game with roxio 6 disc copier, and nero 5.5. both copied but game freezes up. Alcohol gets an error when i am trying to create an image, discjuggler also gets an error when i am trying to creat an image of dvd, and always happens at 99%. Please help

Thanks for replying Snake, have you tried to burn the dvd of nhl 2004 with Record Max and did it work properly?
RecordNow Max is the best(make sure you use 4.50) It burns everything to perfection. You can download a 30 day demo here (http://downloads.stompinc.com/files/stpRNM450e_STPD.exe)

Actually there is a later version, Record Now DX ( Record now max Deluxe) version 4.6 which is the dogs bollox. Not had a coaster yet ( neither have several m8s)
Regards
Get wiv the times Bighap!!!
DX is what comes packaged with your burner. No mention to it on Stomp's website. They do mention Platinum though.;)
I downloaded it from their site m8ee?????????
I got Pioneer 106 hence I got nuffin packaged wiv it!!!!!!!!!!
Regards
Lets not argue about this. Record Now DX is Record Now Max 4.6. End Of Dit. No matter where it comes from it is an updated version and therefore the latest version.
Don't wanna argue wiv u bighap but this later that RNM 4.5
I must be blind then cause I see no mention to it on their site. They even removed the link to dl 4.50 demo, but the link that has been referenced here so many still works.

If you get a read error then the original is usually dirty or damaged. Try copying from a different original. BTW what modchip do you have??.

Sort of......
Sonic & Stomp are the SAME people.......(There is also 2 other companies that go with these 2... Orlogix & Easy Systems Japan) Oh yeah... Almost forgot.... Veritas is included in this also....
Sonic sells all over the world.
Stomp sell in U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Latin America
So I guess... All of you are correct..... hehe
