Rom Ripper is a piece of fake software that a con artist has managed to sell, to quite a few brainless idiots, who thought that it would allow them to make rom images of dreamcast games, that these same brainless idiots thought they could play on their pcs with the equally fake Nightmare emulator.
Any one with half a brain would recognise this instantly.
