UH OH IM STUCK AGAIN

i downloaded virtua cop 2 and it was 715MB and my cd's are only 700 MB what do i do

Burn it anyway. Im sure your burner can support over burn so try it.

what is a burner ? if its my cdrw it doesnt support it but if its the programme i use to create cd's doesnt i use the one that came with my cdrw (Adaptec create cd) if thats whats the problem what cd maker programme should i use?
