Walkthrough for backing up DC Games

Does anyone know a good walkthrough for backing up DC games? I am just getting started and wanted to know the best way to do it. I read the FAQ, but still don't know what I need to do to copy a game.

You need winrar ( get it from download.com or some place like that). You need cdrwin for games with bin and cuesheets and you need discjuggler for games with cdi files. (and discjuggler probably wont work cause it sucks hairy balls and for some reason that is what most format games are in).
