If I backup a game such as an EA game or another one you have to patch do you have to patch that one too or does it copy the patched info you did on the previous one?

Because you patch an individual BIN file and have to name the patch you wish to apply (except with Universal Patcher), your question makes little sense. So you have to patch each game separately and specifically.

If you are copying from a backup that has already been patched then no, you do not need to patch it again.
