if i a make a backup from a psx game protected like the Final Fantasy 8 with clone cd, do i need to patch it for take away the protection if i wanna burn the game for play on my playstation?

Either patch it or use a gameshark code if you have a gameshark.

The Patch that im talking is for remove the cd protection, not for any game shark or something like that
