copying dc games

does anyone knw how to copy dc games. I am having a hard time doing so. My cd-rom drive only detecs a few mb of data. DO you know where i can get a cd-rom that can read the other data, or something, a program? thanks.

There is NO reader available for PC that will read a GD-ROM!
Short of SEGA allowing the technology to be used for PC there never will be!
