50Hz/60Hz

Is there some kind of 50/60Hz selector for dc games??
i have jsr and f355 but they do not run on my v because it is old and does not support 60Hz
What can i do, apart from buying a new tv!!

There's nothing else you can do except buying a new tv that with 60 hrz capability !
you won't be able to play your games at this frame rate even with a patch if your tv doesn't have the ability.
