close an audio session...

Hi,
i have burned an audio cd some years ago with easy-cd pro 95 leaving the session open. Now that i'm on XP, i can't use Easy-cd pro to close the session, so i'd like to now if there's a software that can do that(maybe easy-cd creator or toast, i don't use these).
Nero doesn't see the session, so i tried to extract audio with cd/dvd diag. but it says my (vintage mitsumi TAO only) drive doesn't support audio extraction, though it works (improperly) with cd-mate.

if you use easy cd creator you can choose from this options.
1-don't finalize session
2-finalize session,don't finaliza cd
3-finalize cd

Thx, i suspected that. Anyway this worked with recordnow max.
The strange thing is i remember extraction of audio from an open sesion worked well with easy-cd pro, here it didn't worked with recordnow, neither with stomp,...maybe it's dependant of the burning software until the session is closed.
