i keep hearing alot of people saying that pioneer is good.
but i still dont understand why it is better then other
dvd burners.
are there perhaps some technical reasons why pioneer
is so much better ?

more reliable i would say, not as many (if any) bad burns or software errors and things that cost u more in the long run. its compatable with a wide variety of blank media

Yep, very reliable and fewer software issues than with other burners.

You can do the technical research!

We all say the same thing - Pioneer is trusted. It was the first in the PS2 backup field with the A03 - a whole load of tutorials were written to simplify its use; each Pionner upgrade has improved on the A03 (which was excellent and mine still works flawlessly) and so there is more forum support available for it than any other drive.

Dead simple.
