mech warrior 4 online play

just burned mw4 using blindreader and cdrwin.game installs ok but needs originall disk to play it.Ive just applied a patch and if i click the testme.exe the game plays with the copy cd in.I named the testme.exe mw4.exe and extracted it to the game directory but it did not overwrite the existing one as it says it should do.When launching the on the zone multiplay it must use the original mw4.exe to do so asit i have to insert the original disc again.Is there anyway i can get over this?
