Need runfast cheat for delta force 1 update please

i saw some one running like flash gordon from one end of the map to the other in like 4 secs.
i seen this cheat now for over a month now, and i when to xcheater.com they have a runfast file cheat there , but all it does is made my guy freeze up in the game?

and how can i get ahold of it?
