ok i try to play this copied ver with original key but it give
awaiting connection
server uses 4.5 protocal

you either have to install a patch...protocol 45 is patch version 1.17 protocol 48 is patch version 1.27g... to switch patches for the different servers that are going to be running different versions... if you are 1.27g - delete the .pk4 file in your baseq3 folder, then reinstall 1.17 patch to play on prot 45 servers. If you want to play on prot 48 servers, reinstall the 1.27g patch.
