Total Newb.. needs help with B&W

I am tring to backup Black and White, and I am wondering how to do it.... If there is anyone who has done it, could they pass on the info... thanks

Many people have done it - read Vluka's guide (http://www.fileforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43666) to copy protected cds.

The tools you may need are:
Clony XXL (http://home.arcor.de/bejot/)
Alcohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-software.com)

I tried to understand that but I couldn't... I do know I need to find how to bypass SafeDisc 2... any advice???

try unsafedisc wich can be found at www.gamecopyworld.com actually it is right on top of the window your looking at.

ok, I have unsafedisc, now, do I need to use it on every exe file, or just selected ones?

Well, problems are Im a newb, and I dont have cash to be throwin away on CDs. I do not want anyone to tell me exactly what to do, just give me a jist.

Ok we were all newbs once. I backed up B+W with Clonnyxxl and clone cd. Clonyxxl will scan the original B+W disk/s and find the type of protection used (which after reading the posts is safedisk). If you use a older version of clonnyxxl ie v2.0.0.6 it will make a profile up to use with clone cd to bypass safedisk (and other protections). As for you dont have money to waste on disks then why not use cdrw untill you understand what your up against ?? . (Hope this info helps a newb out;) )

I need ASPI layers for later versions of clonyxxl dont I? Where do I gett those?

ok, I used this prog called ccd4 profiler. It made up a profile for clone cd based on what was needed to bypass safedisc 2, still didn't work. the clonyxxl ver I have is 2.0.1.5.
