I am trying to back up my copy of warcraft 3, but I have never succeeded in making a working copy of my game(s) in the past...
I downloaded some tools to help me, but as I am new to this
I am encountering problems...I tried copying the cd but when I try playing it, it says problem with accessing the cd or something to that matter...I found a no cd file for it and download it but not sure where to put it...should I extract the .rar no cd file or not... Any help in resolving this matter would be gladly received...thanks
:)

Adding to my last post...
It seems there are 3 sets of warcraft programs, not sure how thats possible and I read somewhere out on the internet that is one the ways to prevent copies being made since most cd burner programs only copy one of these to newly burnt cd...How can I make a working copy of my game...I tend to lend my games out to friends and sometimes don't get them back for sometime, and of course when the game is gone thats when I want to play them the most...Hoping someone can help....
FIRST:
WarCraft3 is protected with the old SecuRom. So you need only a burner that can handle SubChannel-Data to make a perfect 1:1 backup.
SECOND:
For the reason that you only buy ONE licence of a game and not the game itself, it's not allowed to play a game when you don't have the original cd at home. Your friends should buy self the game.
